After two trips on foot to the allotment carrying as much compost as I could comfortably carry, and still handle a dog, I managed to cover this much of my broad bean bed...
It doesn't look too bad in this picture.
But how about now...
And how about now. :'( Lol. I'll get there in the end. I'll be getting a lift with some more compost on Saturday. (if all goes well)
