Ignore the mud on the front of the oven, The puppy likes to see what's worth stealing on the work tops.
It seems I made enough batter to make 18 muffins, so six muffins worth went into the freezer, My main fear was that they wouldn't come out of the tin but they do, thankfully. Unfortunately they're not as sweet as I'd like them to be so I'll be putting cinnamon icing on top to make them sweeter. I'm nearly out of my 20 kilo bag of flour but I don't have money to buy more until the 29TH. This is going to be a real self sufficiency test. :S
