looks lovely doesn't it?

Well this is the second attempt at cooking it. The first time I tried to cook it, it was wrapped in just grease proof paper, which dissolved in the water making the pudding fill up with water. :'(

I've removed as much of the water as I can and I've put it in a little bowl that I hope will do ok in the hot water. Hopefully it will cook properly and all of the excess water will evaporate.

Its a lemon and current suet pudding. I'm quite excited about it. I hope it works out or I'll have to make another one.
