It's my dads birthday on Tuesday so I made him a cake.

I made it to look like a wheel of brie cheese as my dad really loves brie. Its a lemon sponge with a white chocolate icing. 

Its lovely, even if I do say so myself. 

We also picked 1 lb of blackberries while we were at my dads, making the total amount of blackberries now 3 lbs worth.

We'll be making the first blackberry wine soon... :)
